I received a newsletter today from new media guru, Euan Semple. In it he points to a great article by Steve Schwartz on The science behind having a bad day.
It seems that a bad day – I suspect, like a good day – really is all our own fault.
“Remember that the outcome of the last minute is not indicative of the outcome of the next minute. Likewise, the last hour has no bearing on the next hour, and this morning is no indication of what this afternoon will bring.”
